When you’re on different projects, working and studying, time is really important. The organization is the key to accomplish all the job and in a successful way.
For this post, I’m going to give you some tips to organize better your time and be more productive.

Mess = Stress
Before starting to organize your time, it is important to organize your life. For that, start by cleaning your room, for example. I watch a video on Youtube called “7 days to organized“, and I think it is a great idea to take a week to put everything in order.
Clean your room/house, including your wardrobe, and think about your financial goals, like how much money you want to save.
To be more productive means to have positive results on doing something. The truth about that, it’s that we are surrounded by many distractions like social media.
As Community Manager, my job is to be on social media, but if that’s not your job, avoid using them when you’re at the office. If you’re working at home, remember to keep your tv off, and instead, put some music to concentrate better or find some inspiration.
A To-Do List
Write on a list all the tasks you have to get done. You can do it daily or once a week.
Write on the top priorities first, and then what it’s not urgent. You can also make your list specific and have mini goals. For example:
- Post an article on Mobile Media’s blog.
- Programming Mobile Media’s Social Media Accounts.
- Twitter – 10 posts per day
- Facebook – 1 post
- Instagram – 1 post
- LinkedIn – Share a new blog post.
Habits are very important. Every time you are doing something new or trying to accomplish your task, try to create a routine or habit around it, so in that way, it’s easier getting used to it. For example, the first thing I do when I get to the office is to read emails while I have breakfast, and then, I work on Playnomad’s twitter account. It’s a routine.
To Finish, it is important to remember that not everything is perfect, so when something doesn’t result as you want it, or as you planned it, don’t feel frustrated… Just relax and start again, keep doing the job.
